  • Upon full payment, you own the style, design, and content created specifically for your website, excluding third-party materials.
  • Custom graphics, designs, and content will be provided to you if you terminate your contract with us.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our services may change with prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of new rates.
  • Payment terms for projects include an initial deposit and subsequent milestones as agreed upon.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Refund Policy

  • Before Work Commences: A full refund of your deposit is available if no work has begun.
  • After Work Commences: Deposits are non-refundable once we have started work on your project.
  • Post-Completion: Once your website is deployed and payment completed, no refunds will be issued.

8. Liability

Urbanpro Development’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of sales, leads, or reputation due to technical issues or downtime.
  • Data loss; clients are responsible for backups and data integrity.

9. Promotions and Marketing

We reserve the right to use project designs, layouts, and content in our portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to mediation under applicable arbitration rules. Legal proceedings will be governed by the jurisdiction of Malaysia.

11. Website Images and Usage Rights

  • Stock images used on your website remain the property of their rights holders and cannot be reused without permission.
  • Images you provide remain your property.

12. Website Launch

We aim to launch websites on agreed dates but cannot guarantee availability due to potential technical or staffing challenges.
